Job Description

Summary:

TSL is looking for a meticulous, driven, and professional candidate to join our Human Resources team. This role provides administrative support related to recruiting, onboarding, benefits, payroll, and employee assistance.

Duties:

• ·       Organize and host company events

  ·       Maintain records and communication in Applicant Tracking System (ATS)

  ·       Engage with prospective employees and recruiting platforms

  ·       Conduct phone interviews

  ·       Assist with employee onboarding

  ·       Support new hires through benefit enrollment

  ·       Reconcile benefit elections and carrier connections

  ·       Promote employee benefit and wellness programs

  ·       Assist with payroll processes and provide backup to payroll staff

  ·       Other duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Ability to maintain confidentiality and work within deadlines
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
• Interpersonal, virtual, and telephone communication skills
• MS Office experience to include Outlook, Word, and Excel preferred
• Light travel required
