Job Summary:

We are seeking a Management Trainee to join our team in our Human Resources department at our Omaha, NE location. This position is responsible for performing a variety of tasks to enhance the employment experience at TSL. 

Management Trainee in Human Resources Duties:

• Supports recruitment by screening resumes, conducting interviews, and updating the Applicant Tracking System
• Assists with employee onboarding by delivering orientation presentations and completing employment eligibility verifications
• Processes benefit enrollment changes in a timely manner
• Coordinates and hosts company events
• Maintains confidential HR files with high level of discretion 
• Other duties as assigned
